We offer memberships of all types and can put together something as simple as Registered Agent Service (only) to a complete private office. If you don’t see what you need/want, please let us know and we’ll work with you to build just the right service for you.

Get a professional street address for your business and receive mail and packages.
Unlimited mail items received on your behalf
Use our address as your principal place of business (for use with the Secretary of State and other government agencies).
Pick up your mail and packages at a box in our office during normal business hours (you'll have the option to get an actual key to the box so you don't have to wait for the Front Desk to assist you).

About the Owner
Téa Godfrey has a long background in both the legal and the business worlds. Before she launched her first business (Solid Serve Legal), she worked as a litigation paralegal and in several other roles at various law firms. She also spent over a decade as marketing and business coach and is engaged and active in many community organizations and associations. She is also the current president of the Oregon Association of Process Servers and a member of the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce, among others.
